We follow a consistent process for both new websites and rebuilds, designed to produce stable, conversion-focused sites that can be managed and supported long-term.

Discovery

We start by clarifying business goals, conversion goals, and current pain points. For existing sites, this includes an audit to understand what’s working, what’s not, and what should inform the rebuild.

Development

Using the discovery and direction work, we build a new website from scratch. When an existing site is involved, it’s used for context only—the new site is rebuilt cleanly under LUMN’s system.
